What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via Bank Transfer and PayPal.
How do I make payment through bank transfer?
Payments done through bank transfer are to be made within 24 hours after completing order.
- Please make payment to POSB Savings Account no. 024-754-308
- Email a photo of the receipt to email@example.com (Include order number as email subject)
- Once payment is received, order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once a tracking number has been sent to your email, you may head on over to www.singpost.com and track your parcel under the track item tab.
Alternatively, you may track your orders here on our website.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Any orders made will be dispatched by our team within 1-2 working days. The duration of which the order reaches you depends on the shipping courier.
What is your exchange/returns/refund policy?
We offer returns on items with defects. If you have received an item with defects, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 day to arrange for an exchange/refund.
Returned items are to be in original condition and unused. Miesya deserves the right to refuse refunds if items are found to be of unsatisfactory condition or tampered with and those received after 3 days. Any refunds made will only be for the price of the item, buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Exchange will only be made if there is available stocks.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, Miesya currently only ships in Singapore. We do hope to deliver to our international buyers one day, keep a lookout for any future updates!
